• The Community-led Cancer Screening Program aims to increase participation in bowel, breast and cervical screening pathways through a sustainable place-based approach within primary care settings and targeted under.
• Work with Murray PHN teams to scope the environment and contribute to the development and implementation of the Murray PHN cancer screening strategy.
• Develop and coordinate the project plan and key strategies that align with relevant and emerging initiatives undertaken by Murray PHN and the sector to strengthen primary care systems, particularly general practice.
• Establish and facilitate the project governance structure of the program including meetings and consultations.
• Engage and maintain effective relationships with Murray PHN teams and external stakeholders for the purposes of planning, implementation and evaluation of the program.
• Develop and implement a communication plan that maintains a high level of awareness amongst key stakeholders and facilitates information flow.
