Within my 7 years of working for Emirates, I was fortunate enough to be exposed to a broad range of cultures from around the world. During this time I was promoted to business class and selected to represent the company as part of the business promotions team at sponsored sporting events and corporate occasions around the world.- Provide a personalised level of service as a premium cabin Air Hostess, ensuring customers wellbeing and comfort is prioritised throughout.- Organise for results and consistency in a time demanding, multicultural environment by applying teamwork and paying special attention to detail.- Attend to high profile clientele, with multiple letters of recognition for outstanding performance.- Assist in handling onboard medical cases, including assisting passengers with anxiousness to flying; with high ratings earned on performance reviews.- Ensure standards of safety, emergency and security practices are provided in line with corporate and civil aviation rules and regulations.

Highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant with extensive experience providing thorough and skilful administrative support to the CEO. Proven track record of managing complex schedules, coordinating logistics, and improving office efficiencies, ensuring seamless operation in a fast-paced environment.- Handling the schedule for the CEO, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments, in addition to a team of 10+ technicians.- Successfully recruited 3 new employees and trained them in administrative procedures and scheduling software.- First point of contact for the CEO, including managing correspondence and client relations. As well as manage all inbound company correspondence.- Responsible for the organisation of company events, functions and meetings, including meeting agenda, preparation of reports and presentations and taking notes.- Oversee the general operation of the office, including maintaining supplies and office equipment.
