Design, develop, and provide creative direction for all rich media projects at the DCRI, aligning with and supporting the entirety of DCRI (both external and internal communications), its trials and studies, and its collaborative partnerships with other non-profit organizations in the pursuit of the DCRI’s mission to develop and share knowledge that improves the care of patients around the world. Collaborate with the heads of Digital Strategy and SPE and their teams, leading discussions with internal and external clients. Creating and executing on comprehensive proposals, budgets and timelines. Closely partner with other members of DCRI’s communications team, DCRI and School of Medicine fellows and faculty, to achieve communications goals of the client and/or trial, study or project. Manage the full depth and breadth of DCRI multimedia initiatives, defining set design, lighting, and camera placement, as well as teleprompting and microphone usage. Provide insight, coaching and overall management of onscreen talent. Employ creative and specialized knowledge, methods, and techniques of videography, photography, motion graphics, and audio design. Maintain current knowledge of the proper codecs for content delivery, content delivery networks, podcasting, media storage management and social media delivery websites on behalf of entire Communications Team. Supervise staff in creating media rich media concepts, storyboards, animations, audio scripts and documentaries. Establish and maintain a network of efficient and affordable contractors. Manage the acquisition, inventory and care of all DCRI Rich Media equipment, ensuring that it is safe, up-to-date, and easily accessible.

Work closely with the head of Digital Strategy and the SPE team leading discussions with internal and external clients. Create comprehensive proposals; develop budgets and timelines.Employ creative and specialized knowledge, methods, and techniques of videography, photography, motion graphics, and audio design. Demonstrate high level of proficiency in video editing, multiple web and multimedia software, as well as knowledge of live streaming video. Implement and manage all digital media assets on a shared storage platform as well as multiple media channels based on a logical taxonomy and filing structure.

Produce and edit video and motion graphic content for in house broadcast as well as promotional spots for all varsity sports. Direct multi-camera live productions that include a crew of ten for online streaming through the university website and ESPN3 that reached thousands of viewers. Mentor students and crew members in video production produced by a mostly student staff.

Tailor the overall creative look of all RE/ MAX video content marketed globally to more than 90 countries. Produce training materials for sales force domestically and internationally for 100,000 plus agents. Work with clients internally and externally on projects to market, build, brand and educate. Outlets included social media, IPTV, and broadcast television.Mentored crew members in live television broadcast.
