Challenge managers and suggest action plans in order to improve performance. Suggesting tool and analysis to improve track performance. (Monthly Profit and Loss balance /Mass balance monitoring / Productivity …)- Calculating the cost of products- Forecast yearly budget: forecast of all the costs and receipts of the business unit based on the forecast of the activity and costs.
