Current• Manage the day-to-day relationship with the agency provider as it relates to staffing, service levels, technology, and issue resolution.• Major responsibility is to guide full sales team how to a positive corporate & B2C sale.• Develops market data and make business plan, sales call plan also soft call plan.• Promoting and marketing the business, sometimes to new or niche markets.• Managing budgets and maintaining statistical and financial records.• Analyze market every day and collect information, client demand and suggestion• Dealing with customer enquirers and aiming to meet their expectations• Dealing with disciplinary matters and customer complaints.
