- Assist in writing, updating, and executing new training material in accordance with our culture and partners’ needs.- Follow up on new hires’ training and provide timely feedback appropriately.- Coordinate with managers on designing the partners’ training materials.- Assist in the identification of high potential employees in order to create a pool of talent.- Conduct development needs assessments and accordingly designs programs and training courses to satisfy the identified training needs.- Assist in culture-related initiatives and prepare training tools to ensure consistency across meetings.

- Monitor and track drivers to confirm picking up and delivering loads on time.- Track trailers/trucks and make sure that all are following the right process.- Communicate the new loads to drivers in a timely manner as requested.- Ensure that both system and internal reports are updated regularly.- Review the bill of lading then forward it to finance.- Update brokers through their websites of the arrival/departure time of drivers.- Arrange with the head office for the needed loads upon forecasting then deal with brokers accordingly to close the gaps- Prepare weekly reports as requested from management.- Review emails and respond to brokers effectively.- Manage other tasks when needed and upon a request from management such as data entry functions.
