I have completed several projects, ranging from investigating newly discovered lasing phenomenon in fiber ring lasers to packaging and construction of solid-state lasers for ExoMars Mission (2020) at IoF. These projects not only required thorough understanding of optics and photonics but also required me to assemble/characterize sophisticated laser and optoelectronic systems. I was always required to manage my tasks collaboratively with other collogues which enhanced my project management and leadership skills. Being experienced in both industrial and purely scientific research, I am very confident that I can be an innovative and productive part of the team. My current research activities and skills are summarized as follows. • Characterization and assembly of all fiber laser systems for supercontinuum generation.• Design and characterization of fiber amplifiers. • Advanced user of MATLAB, Python and programmable electronics e.g., Arduino IDE.• Ability to quickly learn and transform to a new programming language.• Strong conceptual and analytical approach towards day-to-day challenges.• Ability to communicate key findings succinctly
