Ranked second in Pakistan OMC business with roots in France.Achievements to date:- Proposed and implemented total revamped model of non-fuel revenue stream.- Critically examined SAP integration project (Chevron acquisition) in terms of system behaviour, stress testing including impact analysis on financial/business grounds.- Implemented statistical condition based OH allocation, resulting in much more transparent purview of the business units as an individual.What I do ?- Responsible for company-wide budget, long term plan and seasonality exercise from the level of individual business unit submission to the level of CEO and APMO review & approval.- Analysis of key financial results and KPIs against budget and preset targets with in depth variance explanations.- Preparation of forecast financial performance on monthly basis based on business drivers/market information.- Key analysis over cost absorption and overhead allocation with monthly trend analysis and scrutiny of inventory losses.- Carrying out month end and system close activities in compliance to regional guidelines.- Timely submission of reports to shareholders (TOTAL and PARCO) including business unit wise P&L, WCR, product wise GMVC, balance sheet and cash flow statement.- Responsible for statutory financial statements and strong liaison in interim and year end audit activities.- Maintenance of master data PCA hierarchy, profit/cost centers, vendors and allocation cycles.- Sound command on different SAP modules to ensure appropriateness and accuracy of financial information.- Preparation of BoD, monthly executive and business performance committee information for management review.
