The Punjabi Rasoi is a restaurant chain serving authentic north-Indian cuisine in Bengaluru for more than 20 years.As the Associate Partner, I worked in close coordination with the Promoters and handled multiple verticals across the restaurant chain. I played a key role in setting up three new commercial establishments in the city.My areas of focus were:* Stream lining the supply chain (Variable costs were reduced by up to 40%)* Workforce management (Attrition rate among employees was more than halved)* Optimizing kitchen operations (Losses from pilferage were reduced to a third of the initial levels)* Customer relationship management (Received multiple 5-star reviews across social media platforms)
