I report directly to the CEO and provide oversight for 6 branch offices in 5 US states and Puerto Rico.➟ Leading operations, I establish the strategic operational vision for the organization, conduct market research, optimize pricing structure and ensure the organization meets its goals. Serving as a board member of the parent company, Regiment Security Group, I provide quarterly updates.➟ I monitor industry trends and look for new market opportunities. During the COVID crisis, I identified larger scale markets and pivoted organizational structure and operational plans. As a result, sales growth increased by $23M.➟ I guide all marketing, business development and expansion opportunities while ensuring a consistent brand messaging of quality, service and integrity. ➟ Managing multiple sites, I travel to offices located in NY, NJ, PA, FL, IL, CO, CA and Puerto Rico. During my visits, I audit operations, handle escalated issues and develop the leadership team. ➟ I provide fiscal oversight by forecasting and managing a $6M budget. I maintain staffing costs between 4% and 4.5% of revenue. ➟ After introducing creative solutions to attract, hire, and retain employees, I reduced turnover by 25%. I identified and corrected staffing redundancies that saved costs while still providing quality services.➟ Overseeing workforce development programs, I created a scalable approach to succession planning that increased retention at the manager level 80%+ and reduced staffing costs ~13%. ➟ By providing visible leadership in the field, I grew the customer satisfaction rate from 75% to 95% and reduced customer complaints.

I launched the business from start-up and guided its growth from 40 employees and $300K in yearly revenue to 500 employees and $15M in annual sales. I oversaw all sales and business development, operational structure, client relations, fiscal health and contract negotiation for the organization.➟ I built the senior leadership team and established the organization’s strategic goals, operating instructions and risk management and business development strategies.➟ The scalable structure that I created enabled the organization to achieve a 4900% revenue growth over its lifespan. When I prepared the company for sale in 2018, I created a profit-focused business model that garnered exceptional market value. ➟ Overseeing all sales, marketing and business development, I negotiated contracts with ConEdison and NASA and gained FAA certification to provide airport security services.➟ I was selected as the security consultant in the design and construction of Terminal 8 at JFK airport. I recommended operational measures to better protect the safety of 13M annual passengers.➟ When I managed corporate finances, I focused on boosting annual revenue and reducing expenses. Working with the comptroller, I established fiscal guidelines and ensured all departments operated within budget. ➟ I provided executive protection plans for VIPS such as presidential candidate Barack Obama and the wives of the late Malcom X and Martin Luther King, Jr. In addition, I oversaw security operations for high-visibility events such as the Democratic National Convention in Denver, CO.

Managing large-scale, high-visibility events including weddings and funerals, I provided global travel protection for church leaders, diplomats and celebrities. I led a 15-person safety and security team and oversaw all operational planning, security and safety training.
