As a Mechanical Engineer, my journey began with a deep fascination for machinery and systems, fueling my passion for innovation and sustainability. My initial calling was in renewable energy, where I worked across various sectors in Pakistan. A pivotal moment in my career came when I was awarded the prestigious Finland Government Scholarship, a significant milestone that opened up new horizons.Always intrigued by machine learning and artificial intelligence, I found the growing field of information technology—integral to modern life and advancing at an unprecedented pace—irresistible. The turning point in my career was my decision to pivot towards IT, realizing that the intersection of data, algorithms, and human ingenuity offers limitless opportunities for innovation and impact.Despite having no formal technical background, I successfully transitioned into a Helpdesk Support role in the healthcare sector, where the stakes are high and every action counts. In this position, I navigate the intricate world of hybrid cloud infrastructure, on-premises solutions, and leverage the power of Microsoft 365 as Software as a Service (SaaS). Each day in this role is an adventure, providing opportunities to delve deeper into the complexities of cloud and on-premises infrastructure and unlock their potential.Throughout my professional journey, I have gained valuable experience across a broad spectrum of essential Microsoft technologies. This includes Windows Server Active Directory (AD) and Azure AD Connect Migration, managing Office 365 users and groups, configuring DHCP scopes, implementing Group Policies to standardize system configurations, and crafting MDM Intune Policies to govern device security. Additionally, I have navigated Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance features, safeguarding organizational data with robust protocols. My experience also extends to optimizing email security and continuity solutions using Mimecast in cloud computing environments, diagnosing and resolving issues with Windows 10/11 and Android operating systems, and gaining some exposure to Cisco telephony.I firmly believe in the growth mindset and strive to evolve every day. I embrace challenges and enjoy exploring emerging and interdisciplinary domains, with a particular passion for learning cybersecurity, data analytics, and machine learning. Outside of my professional interests, I am a sports enthusiast, nature lover, devoted family man, and an avid fan of movies and TV series during my leisure time.
