• Reporting to the Senior Resident Engineer / Project Director. • Prepare, Review & Update Project Planning Dossier including Project Control Procedure, Project Baseline Schedule, Deliverable Register, S Curves, KPI’s & Histograms and improve the process plans and procedures. • Coordination with contractor's supervisory personnel regarding schedule, sequence, and method of work. • Prepare the monthly progress reports entailing progress & details for engineering, procurement & construction activities in a frame of Project Management Knowledge Areas. • Assess the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages, Provide the needed advice and technique in cost control and contract management and coordinates project estimation efforts. • Administrate the construction contract works, and assist the SRE with prompt exchange of correspondence, submittals, and RFI's to all contractors. • Maintain effective and on-going meetings & communications with Project Parties and Prepare the correspondences required from the company end. • Manage, and supervise the construction inspection staff on a daily basis so that all contractor activities are adequately covered. • Coordinate the interface of the construction work with other contractors on the site. Orient inspectors to verify that contractor is following his approved site Health & Safety plan. • Participate and chair the regular meetings (Progress, Technical, Commercial,…) and other meetings as required. • Assist the SRE, PD, & QS in Claims Management viz. identifying & preparing contractual-related issues/correspondence. Review, Analyse, Report, and Recommend on submitted EOT Claims.
