Differentiated skin burn severity conditions from mechanical loading behavior and non-invasive imaging using machine learning. This differentiation was done in Python, uploaded onto github, and the findings were incorporated into a journal paper.

Revamped a breast cancer cell classification method. Different feature types were extracted from stained cancer cells, and so first a user-friendly selection program to allow users was written to choose the desired feature type/s. Then, a deep learning classification method was used to differentiate between the cell types. This brought about a 99% accuracy, and throughout the process I mentored other interns and lab members on better methods on analyzing data through informal presentations.
