The job is for the Analysis of IT Projects. I did System Analysis for Websites and Mobile Applications along with following a thorough process of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) i.e. From client requirement to convert them into technical documentation for the design, development and QA teams. I also worked along the team to execute overall project with customer feedback. Also conducted day to day meetings with the team and client to successfully execute the projects.- liaising extensively with external or internal clients;- analysing clients' existing systems;- translating client requirements into highly specified project briefs;- identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability;- drawing up specific proposals for modified or replacement systems;- producing project feasibility reports;- presenting proposals to clients;- working closely with developers and a variety of end users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction;- ensuring that budgets are adhered to and deadlines met;- drawing up a testing schedule for the complete system;- overseeing the implementation of a new system;- planning and working flexibly to a deadline;- writing user manuals;- providing training to users of a new system;- keeping up to date with technical and industry developments.

To develop, maintain and enhance different websites of the clients of Red Signal using PHP/MySQL and other related tools and technologies.

To plan, manage and administer I.T. related infrastructure and activities in Literacy & NFBE Department, Govt. of the Punjab on behalf of JICA as well as to coordinate with the Secretary and Deputy Secretary in organizing seminars, workshops, trainings, meetings, out station visits and other concerns on demand.

To train EU’s representatives from their partner organizations in Punjab in using Computer and advance technologies under training title “PC and Advance Technologies” on behalf of European Union.
