I work with the Divisional Quality and Assurance Managers to ensure that the Trust can be assured that Quality and Safety targets are being monitored and that any risks associated with them are identified. I provide support assurance processes throughout the organisation.I am responsible for maintaining and updating an evidence library for key targets and ensuring that all policy and documentation required as evidence is appropriately managed and maintained.I work closely with the Divisions to promote and identify actions for governance issues, monitor incidents and serious incidents, agree remedial plans, audit plans, record actions and risk issues, ensure key themes and learnings.I work with the Divisions by facilitating mock assessments, critical friends visits and interviews with staff, building working relationships to support the Trust with compliance to regulations and standards.I with colleagues to ensure that assurance principles and outcomes are put into practice and embedded across the structure and functions of the organisation.

Undertook project support and administrative responsibilities for the team’s key services. Supported the transformational change during a pivotal time and supported the timely delivery of the service mobilisation. Integral in the continuous development of the digital offer as well as brand recognition of the service. Provided staff training and development and implemented ideas for continuous improvement. Created reports and presentations for key stakeholders such as managers and commissioners.
