Made an exhaustive study on weight values for exterior parts, both system wise and part wise as a part of comparison study between XUV300 and XUV 3XO alongside issued target weights, to foresee potential proposals for weight optimisation• Released 2 TKOs for parts with minimal support from team members• Coordinated single-handedly with various suppliers for XUV 3XO for exterior to prepare mock-up parts and evaluating feedbacks from concerned CFTs for front bumper, rear bumper, splash shield and fender dummy cover• Prepared benchmarks for accessory parts, concerning to engineering features for XUV 4OO and XUV 3XO and incorporated the same• Collated sequence of assembly, fastener details and torque details for bumper assemblies for easing line operator's work• Understood the design guidelines for development and design of a part• Learnt and compiled the functionality and operation of cross-functional-teams such as CAE, NVH-BSR, Homologation, PQ, Service, Design and TCF and incorporating necessary parameters into the part. Learnt various standards from CAE-Crash (slow speed pedestrian impact) and Homologation (ECE R26 and ECE R42)
