CurrentProactively monitor system patches and malware updates to ensure currency and correct deployment.• Hands-on experience with Windows Defender and familiarity with Crowdstrike, VM, PC patching, and backup scheduling in the Back-online Cloud.• Microsoft Azure Admin for multiple tenants. Responsible for user management such as creation, providing access, assigning licenses, and troubleshooting access issues related to SSO and MFA.• Troubleshoot Mailflow issues on MS Exchange Mail Server and Office 365 Mail. Provide mail features such as Mail-Forwarding, shared mailbox access, delegation, Mail Group access, and more. • Proactively administering backup and recovery operations by maintaining and monitoring backup equipment• Analysing process issues and report findings to Manager• Undertaking system development as required (e.g. Operating System deployment automation)• Regularly backup and manage client sites, ensuring patches for modules are tested.• Documentation of work via the organization's ServiceNow ticketing platform• Producing and running reports using the company ticketing system, ServiceNow• Accurately administrating the Helpdesk system and processes and assisting Helpdesk where required.• Providing client support to users and ensuring that user’s requests are understood, properly documented and prioritized.• Management of enterprise user databases via Microsoft ActiveDirectory.
