During my internship, I learned a lot about the banking industry. I gained a deeper understanding of the different types of loans and investments that banks offer, as well as the regulatory framework that governs the industry. I also learned about the importance of customer service and how to build relationships with clients.During this period, I had the privilege of speaking to 100 customers and succeeded in convincing most of them to adopt a wide range of banking products, including bank accounts,Credit cards, Meeza prepaid cards, and BM Wallet (Banque Misr mobile wallet application).In addition to the technical skills that I learned, I also developed my soft skills during my internship. I learned how to work independently and as part of a team, and I improved my communication and presentation skills. I also gained confidence in my ability to handle challenging tasks and meet deadlinesI am grateful for the training opportunity at Banque Misr and very grateful to the bank employees and mentors at the Aga branch for their support during this experience. It was a valuable experience that helped me learn more about the banking industry and develop my skills. I am confident that the knowledge and skills I acquired during my training will be useful to me in my future career.
