The ENTERTAINER is a leading digital company whose main goal is to add value to consumers by bringing them the best lifestyle offers globally– Provide strategic business partnering to Chief Financial Officer (CFO).– Serve as International FP&A focal point among regions and UAE Headquarter.– Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes and ensure transparency, control level and influence towards a more data/financial-driven decision-making process.– Prepare and present the monthly P&L, management reports, rolling forecast and financial insights to the management.– Analyze the current and past KPI’s trends including all revenue streams, COGs, CapEx and OpEx.– Evaluate the monthly marketing strategy, and perform ROI, LTV & CAC analysis for decision making purposes. – Assess the feasibility and develop the financial models for new products and new initiatives.– Ensure accuracy of monthly revenue recognition and cost provisions as per applicable standards (IFRS/IAS).– Automate the financial reports on tableau to deliver meaningful business performance insights. – Manage centralized IT OpEx & CapEx, and prepare the monthly budgetary controls report for the management. – Formulate the annual sales commission policy for B2C employees worldwide.– Evaluate and finalize the payment gateways, other primary vendors to derive the best service and perform CBA analysis for the organization. – Review merchant count report and investigate the reasons of closure/discontinuation merchant and suggest the ways for aggressive merchant acquisition. – Lead in drafting Board Pack (Executive Presentation) and related supporting material for Investors, board members and senior leadership.
