As a Human Resources Manager at AIPS Group, I lead and execute various HR initiatives that align with the company's vision and goals. I also have a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from National College of Business Administration & Economics, and a Diploma in MS Office from Stanford Educational Academy and Diploma in Graphic Design from NCA, Additionally, I have a Certificate in Sustainable Business through green HR from RMIT University Australia and a Certificate in Human resources recruitment and selection from The Open University UK.I have a strong background in graphic design, having worked as a Graphic Designer for more than 6 years as a freelancer. I have proficiency in different designing software, and I use these skills to create engaging and attractive visual content for internal and external communications, such as newsletters, flyers, posters, and presentations.I am passionate about enhancing the employee experience and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture. I have successfully implemented several initiatives that have increased employee satisfaction, retention, and productivity, such as flexible work arrangements, wellness programs, recognition schemes, and feedback mechanisms.
