Technical Recruiter
Current- Responsible for a complete life cycle of recruitment process for the company.
- Sourcing resumes through various channels such as database, jobsites/ postings, advertisements, referrals and networking etc.
- Responsible for recruiting in C2C & W2 basis.
- Negotiating the compensation packages.
- Coordinate the interviews and calls between Clients and Consultants.
- Follow-up with my Manager as well as the candidates till the selected candidates gets the offer letter and joins the organization.
