Worked with Bridge Consultants Foundation as M & E Officer, Project of Global Fund for AIDS TB & Malaria (GFATM Round – 6) on Advocacy Communication & Social Mobilization (ACSM), to enhance and mobilize the communities on promotion of messages regarding prevention and control of Tuberculosis in Seven Projected Districts of Sindh Province.  Supervised all the project activities according to Work plain maintain a schedule.  Monitoring and supervision of field offices in project area & provided technical support.  Communication with Government officials at Provincial & National level regarding project activities. Planned and arranged training program, community mobilization events & other related activities.  Coordinated the field activities in the districts including collection of data & reports from community mobilizers on monthly & quarterly basis; and provided feedback accordingly.  Assisted district offices to obtain co-ordination of district administration & community leaders to facilitate implementation of project activities.  Periodically visited the project districts.  Organize and facilitate ad-hoc and regular training events on M&E for the M&E staff and Implementing Partners to ensure that M&E methods are properly followed.  Arrange regular meeting with community mobilizers and provide them technical assistance for smooth implementation of the project activities.  Develop realistic implementation plan of project activities Liaison with Principal Recipient (Mercy Corps) office at a Islamabad  Presided over monthly meetings of project officers to ensure the implementation of project activities within time. Supported program staff and Implementing Partners (IPs) putting into practice of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) methods, data collection procedures to effectively monitor project performance and evaluate outcomes
