Dedicated to the Business Unit IT (>300 employees), I worked closely with HR team members, reporting to the HR Director• Build a relationship of trust with IT employees and internal colleagues- Point of contact for employees in HR related matters: career, salary, professional motivation…- Guide and mentor Account Managers, Recruiters and Business Directors in specific HR (conflict) related cases: salary, motivation, team coaching,…• Follow-up and further improvement of HR processes- Setup of organizational structure for off boarding, further lead in on boarding-process- Build up a (proactive) salary structure and follow-up of salary packages given to new employees- Renew evaluation process- Lead in employee engagement survey• Analysis and reporting of HR metrics (satisfaction, absence, turnover) to management team with specific advice on improvement actions• Ensure HR decisions/policies are in line with labour law

• Build up a network of candidates, primarily finance and accounting profiles (across industries) - Active research of qualified profiles via Linkedin, Database search, referrals and own network - Interview and screen candidates, give advice on their career - Take references of candidates about past experience/background• Manage recruitment process from identification of need to final placement - Set timeline and deadlines during every hiring process - Ensure quality is given to clients as well as candidates - Find the right fit between candidate and hiring manager• Develop and maintain client portfolio - Active search for new clients via advertisements, cold calling, references,… - Retain clients by advising them on their hiring needs and about labor market in general• Coach a junior consultant
