Project co-ordination, time management and teamwork has been honed over many years working as an Urban Planner / Urban Designer where these attributes are essential. My adaptability and transfer of skills is further demonstrated by my recent experience as Design Manager at an independent school and at a Design-Build practice.My current role focusses on the development of an interactive on-line process that extrapolates a detailed mission or vision, with inherent lead generation potential, which is followed up by a property analysis. This both educates and gauges the alignment of property and mission. The two-step process culminates in a well-rounded and agreed return brief for master planning. This tool is acknowledged to be particularly useful in engaging with and gaining consensus within larger client teams often with divergent needs and aspirations.My role also includes project-based work as well as work to support the MD of Studio B, a boutique architectural consultancy. I thrive in an environment where I can implement creative, simple ways to enhance managerial and administrative processes. I enjoy creating diagrams, schedules and concise reports which translate complex issues and tell the story at a glance enabling informed decision-making.
