As a project work I studied the status of reporting systems and processes at Normaint Ltd. The most important actions that will be needed for desired results were defined. Normaints professionals work in demanding, northern conditions. One key target was to develop more efficient reporting system of the work flows for internal (HRM, payroll process) use but also to provide more valuable reports for customers use so that they can increase their productivity and competitiveness. Normaint Ltd is service provider and partner for maintenance and condition monitoring, as well as founding or carrying out a change process of an industrial establishment. Customers are leading industrial establishments in Northern Finland and Northern Sweden.This work is also part of my HR studies at Saranen Consulting 'Talent Aquisition & HR Academy' -program.

As a project work I worked especially with production, quality control, sourcing and product documentation partners in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the whole supply chain. Addition to that role I also worked with main distributors in Europe as a Key Account Manager.Because of my background with book keeping / financial reporting systems I also supported the improvement activities related to these processes and external partners. That is why my background with variety of industries, experiences with different lice cycles of companies and wide understanding of different business areas was a good match.

I was privileged to work with these innovative, hard-working software, mechanics and automation experts but also in very close co-operations with finance and sales people. As an example, we delivered an automated manufacturing solution (addition to high end software incl. 80 000 pcs of components), which is used to manufacture a component of the Insulin Pump in US at Tandem Diabetes Care.I was in charge of implementing the new ERP and BI system at Ginolis Group. After that I was responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of Ginolis´ ISO 9001 (2015) certified quality management system and ISO 14001 (environmental) management systems in Finland.Work included carring out training sessions but also a lot of specification work and writing of different kind of procedures and illustrations of work processes. This job I did at every area, not just production related operations.

Addition to sourcing and logistics duties I took care of stock management and related to sales activities also invoicing and procurement. Main customers were located in Finland, Sweden, Norway and Russia.Greenrock Ltd was a subsidiary of Ginolis Ltd and we delivered wastewater treatment products.

The years I worked at this family owned company the turnover was about 12 M€ and we pushed really hard to gain new B2B customers.
