Due to the transition of the digital landscape of RFH to AWS-cloud several teams were supported in working according Agile.

During the role as Plancoach I supported 30 teams trough the Netherlands. The goal was to accelerate their professionalism and independence. TSN uses the planning stool Nedap ONS and with the planners this program was used to find improvements for the team. Challenges were resolved with the help of the team-leader.

Within this project the focus was to consolidated several data-sources to one. At the start of this project there was a lot of noise, which resulted in an insecure basis to make decisions. By working together with the people of TSN we created a better data-dashboard which could be used to update and steer the district-teams that deliver the healthcare.

After the completion of a OV-store it was my responsibility to coordinate the process until the actual opening of the store, and three months after that. In this time all the stakeholders where having contact with me, so the teammanger of the store could focus on the changes within the team. After a couple of stores I delivered a script that could be followed with the stores that were still to open.

Beelen Sloopwerken needed to be the first demolition company to get a BREEAM-NL Sloop certificate and I was responsible for achieving this goal. To get Beelen Sloopwerken BREEAM certified, changes in the working processes had to be made in order to reach the standards set out by the DGBC (Dutch Green Building Council). On the 20th of June 2013 the BREEAM certificate 3 stars (Very Good) was handed out by the DGBC to Kees van Es, Director Beelen Sloopwerken.

Conducting research for the quantity of inconvenient noise which is produced during the demolition of a building. A computer program that predicts noise during demolition was designed and implemented in the preparation process of a demolition. The process in the department that prepares the demolition had to be changed in such a way that they would use this tool, instead of falling back into old habits.The implemented tool makes sure that the maximum noise level is not surpassed and therefore problems with the community and fines from will be avoided.

During my internship I had to describe all process on the tender department of the congregation Venlo. At this department every employee knew what was expected of him/her, but this was never written down. The problem with this is that if they leave the knowledge and experience will leave with them. After conducting research within the department the process was described and a report was produced with advice what changes had to be made to make the process more efficiently and effective.
