As the Project and Account Manager on Royal Friesland Campina, I delivered the Global DAM solution with MVP focus on Asian Pacific regions for the Friso Brand. After MVP delivery I have deployed a roll-out program onboarding 4 additional brands. To provide user support I have set-up the support for all onboarded brands. Delaware was invited to participate.

In my role as Business process expert, I co-designed the content / asset creation- and management-process. We build up new capabilities to manage and publish product marketing information (PIM, Translation management and DAM) to enable faster content publication; we have deployed the process and tools to business and markets delivering onto the Digital.

- Managing print production process- Managing Sales collateral webshop, and global fulfillment- Advising on print production and specifications

Building and maintaining the international supplier pool, partnering with European colleagues. Drafting Service Level Agreements with selected suppliers.Strategic supplier selection.Supporting suppliers with the integration into the calculation tooling.Processing and tracking Purchase Orders, preparing jobs for the Traffic team.
