As the project manager and process lead for Global Product Master Data, I'm addressing stabilization - optimization - roll-outs (PRISM) & re-design on the business and technical side (SAP-MDG).Following a continuous improvement approach in an agile way combined with change management covering different departments across the E2E process; elements are addressed like:- building and enabling Subject Matter Expert / Process Coach organization using new communication channels- building and launching process KPI's- repairing and creating new processes, secured via Standard Operating Process Documentation- identifying tool functionality needs, prioritizing and coordinate with IT side for functional design specifications, development and user testing leading to deploymentThe above falls within a Program I'm running addressing the End to End color delivery process from client ask to client delivery.
