And, of course, positive experiences and successes!As a coach, your work is always interdisciplinary. You are the link between the youth and the external actors, like child protective services, parents, psychologists and school.Also, 2SUR5 allowed me to use my personal interest in quality management for the better of the Academy. On both micro- (internal challenges; for instance, expertise enhancement) and macrolevels (external responsibilities, maintaining the ISO certification).
