Aircraft Process Developer
In the role of Process Developer I am responsible for developing new solutions at Schiphol's airside, which range from new infrastructure to new processes and procedures. This involves collecting requirements from all involved stakeholders and using these to develop a concept of operations. This concept of operations is then used as the basis for the design of new infrastructure and/or new processes.Among my projects I developed the requirements for a stopbar on one of the runways, in order to prevent runway incursions. This is one of the projects that has satisfied one of the recommendations of the Dutch Safety Board.Another project is the development of the Outbound Holding process that will improve efficiency of our aircraft and passenger flow, where an aircraft ready for departure, but with a start up delay will be moved from its gate to a holding position elsewhere on the airport, to make way for an inbound aircraft.I have also been part of the taxibot project where I lead the development of a concept of operations (CONOPS) to introduce sustainable taxiing at Schiphol Airport. This CONOPS was developed with 4 airlines and their ground handling companies.

Project Manager
As Project manager I was involved in a wide range of Projects, from installing minor modifications on the various aircraft within the CHS fleet to being the Technical and Project lead on bids for new contracts. During the modification projects I was responsible for the entire process, from detailing the Statement of Work, liaising with the Design Organisation, raising purchase orders for all materials to creating the Workcards for the engineering department to install the modifications. As Technical and Project lead during bids I was repsonsible for putting together the project management plan for the delivery of a new service, spread over various bases.
