TradeChanger Ltd helped European SME suppliers to enter or expand into the Chinese market by offering a matchmaking service and reliable supply chain management solution. TradeChanger represented several European suppliers and their products found their way to Chinese cross-border e-commerce platforms, importers, distributors and retailers.With TradeChanger I co-founded DigiDutch, a cooperation of 8 companies in China providing end-to-end eCommerce solutions to foreign companies that want to sell online in China. It was launched by Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte at March ‘15.

As product manager and project manager I was responsible for delivering multiple web, mobile and backend products of the online trading platform. Led multiple agile development teams simultaneously. • Managed the bank-wide program to migrate all Belgium retail clients to the retail brokerage platform. Program consists of multiple projects, including the launch of new online trading products for our customers (web, mobile, advanced trading application), adjusting CRM and back office systems and processes, preparing the migration of positions and cash to the new accounts and coordinating required training. Program will reduce maintenance costs and initiate new products. Responsible for the project plan, governance, planning, resourcing, monitoring and reporting to the steering committee (CEO and business unit directors).• Managed the frontend trading products of Belgium and French retail investors as agile product manager. Responsible for design, development and shipping of high profile products for web, mobile and advanced trading applications for active traders.• Led the agile development team to setup a Italian tax system. Responsible for product roadmap, user story definition and implementation. In this way Binck Italy was able to act as domestic tax withholding agent and to compete with local competitors.
