As a D&D Adventurers League Community Manager, I support and advocate for the mutually beneficial needs of Wizards of the Coast’s public play system and its players, Dungeon Masters, and event organizers.I currently manage the official D&D Discord server’s Adventurers League channels, answering questions, passing on feedback reports, making announcements, helping manage documentation, and releasing helpful guidelines and articles. I’ve also managed Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. As the Sensitivity and Inclusion Lead, additional duties have included reviewing guidance documentation and adventures to address possible improvements to language and representation. I make consultant referrals, and suggest or implement edits, content warnings, accessibility features, and safety tools. I’ve worked with the team to write articles, guidance, and adventures.

I review text and illustrations, giving creators possible ways to improve their work. I look for harmful stereotypes and tropes, disrespectful language, and misconceptions that may have slipped notice. I provide resources and ideas the creators can consider when making the best decisions for their project. Some of my expertise include chronic gastrointestinal illness, cancer, PTSD, disordered alcohol use, pansexual, non-binary, sexual assault, domestic violence, and child abuse.

I’m an ENNIE award-winning D&D Adventurers League game designer, illustrator, and editor. I’m also a published comic book writer and cartoonist, working on my first webcomic, in the layout process now. I’ve been commissioned by individuals to do digital art. I work on creative teams with co-writers, editors, and consultants. I’ve scheduled, run, and collected feedback from the playtesting of my adventures.

At the Crook family’s nursery, I input orders, ran reports, scheduled shipping, and processed payroll. I helped decrease shrinkage by managing reports for production and availability, using Excel formulas and customers’ online databases.

My social work was with two agencies—Center for Community Solutions (San Diego, CA) and Tides of Change (Tillamook, OR). I spoke with community groups about abuse and respect. I also scheduled, facilitated, and attended monthly training sessions. Topics included oppression awareness, mental health, and advocating for abuse survivors within Muslim, Native American, LGBTQIA, s*x workers, youth, seniors, disabled, and sex trafficked communities.
