• Creating annual work plan and organizational budget, and improving fundraising.• Preparing and enhancing marketing materials in both English and Hebrew.• Managing WePower’s advocacy resources: content writing and content distribution; managing its website, Facebook page, and electronic mailing system.• Overseeing cooperation with organizations in the governmental and voluntary sector, among them the UN.• Organizing courses and training, putting together conferences and events, and establishing mechanisms for project-impact measurement.• Establishing the “Local 2018” coalition, which doubled the number of women elected as municipal mayors, and increased the number of women elected to local government by 35%.• Managing lobbying efforts, including editing and drafting a detailed proposal entitled “Vision of the Equal Authority”, providing local authorities with practical tools to advance gender equality. The proposal was adopted, signed and implemented by numerous local authorities.• Project management and administration: managing and acting as central liaison for WePower’s various projects, including courses, conferences, events, and campaigns.
