• In-charge of control room operation activities for dispatch of finished white oils (HSD, MS, SKO, PCK, MTO & ATF) to marketing locations and crude receiving terminal at BPCL’s Bina refinery in coordination with the operations team.• Preparing pumping plan for transporting required petroleum products in coordination with marketing, refinery & logistics department.• Ensuring proper adherence to the standard operating procedures, safety standards, maintenance plans for various equipment such as pumps, strainers, filters, valves, etc. during operation of pumping finished products & receiving crude oil while achieving the prescribed target of throughput.• Conducting self-audit and regular testing of all mechanical, electrical & safety facilities at the pumping station, crude oil receiving station & sectionalizing valve stations along the pipeline.• Creating maintenance notification regarding any issue through SAP PM module.• Supervising over the RoU of pipeline through SCADA & pipeline intrusion detection system to maintain the integrity of pipeline by avoiding theft attempts & third-party damages.• Coordinating documentation compliances required for internal as well as external audits by various authorities such PNGRB, DGCA, OISD.• Planning & keeping track of other non-routine operations such as pigging of the pipeline, interlock-bypass of the instruments, conducting mock-drills of Level I & II category, stitching of various products in the connected pipelines as per requirement of marketing & logistics department, corrosion coupon replacement & testing, etc.• Ensuring adherence to the guidelines laid down in the industry quality control manual for non-aviation and aviation fuels.• Liaisoning with the refinery & laboratory regarding any requirement or issue with the product quality.• Planning of product interface cutting and blending to optimize quality give away to the marketing installation while ensuring proper quality of product as per the IQCM.

• In charge of overall project activities for laying of primary steel pipeline network operating at 49 bar pressure in coordination with the various stake holders such as contractors, consultants, government authorities, O&M department, etc.• Conducting survey of pipeline route from source to final supply point.• Conducting EQT, WPS, WQT and review of work procedures for kickstarting the project activities.• Ensuring execution of steel pipeline network laying activity as per the procedures and obtaining necessary approvals for any deviations.• Ensuring compliance with safety and work standards at site by proper supervision and audit of site activities.• Conducting hyrdrostatic testing of the pipeline, nitrogen purging, commissioning and final handover of asset to O&M department.• Installation of piping inside online CNG stations as well as connectivity with DPRS/MRS.• Monitoring the material issued to vendors for project activities and reconciling the same for closure of contract after completion of works.• Verification of work carried out and processing the contractors’ invoices including entry of material and services into the SAP system. ­- Conducting area survey for estimation of gas requirement in the newly awarded geographical area of Nashik.­- Designing steel, MDPE and GI pipeline network and verifying in gas network simulation software.- Liaising with the authorities regarding necessary clearances for starting project activities.- Coordinating activities for signing MoU between MNGL and local aurhorities, thereby effectively reducing RoU and restoration charges by 75%.­- Planning for setting up of LNG regasification facility including site selection and acquiring land from local authorities for the required purpose. ­- Conducting marketing activities to create awareness about PNG and CNG in the new geographical areas. ­- Managing materials issued to vendors and reducing inefficiencies in material usage.- Implementing SAP system for the new GA and integrating it with the existing system.- Preparing annual budget for materials and services.

­- Area feasibility survey for estimation of gas requirement & technical survey of new/existing areas for designing of MDPE Pipeline network. ­- Liaising with the local authorities regarding necessary permissions to ensure that the project is executed smoothly. ­- Managing activities involved in the execution of project work from laying of MDPE and G.I. pipelines to its commissioning, last-mile connection, conversion to PNG and final handover to O&M.­- Ensuring technical and safety compliance of execution work and timely completion of the project. - Conducting marketing activities to create awareness about PNG and monitoring the day to day progress of PNG registrations.
