At SSI, I work in a complex financial environment with 11 corporate entities across five countries, managed by a dedicated financial team of seven. This challenging position demands excellent judgment in prioritizing conflicting demands to ensure accuracy and efficiency.Reporting to the Financial Controller, I assist in overseeing the financial reporting for our parent company and a key support in the year-end processes for both local and international subsidiaries and holding companies (SSI USA, SCI USA, SSI JAPAN, SSI AE). My responsibilities include general ledger maintenance, preparing intercompany consolidations, conducting monthly working paper reconciliations, managing the fixed asset module, handling foreign currency exchange, and ensuring regulatory compliance and tax reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Additionally, I oversee two accounting assistants.I play a key role in the year-end submission of financial statements, the strict implementation of internal policies, and the development of corporate policies and procedures.

I managed monthly financial reporting for a portfolio of 17 investment real estate properties, using a specialized system for real estate and capital assets. I led the transition from SAGE Intacct to Buildium Software, ensuring the smooth transfer of complex financial data from previous reports to the current fiscal year.
