Strategise, develop and implement multilingual through-the-line marketing strategies to empower identified target audience segments to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to create innovative and insights-driven communications to influence the adoption of good health behaviours. Most recently spearheaded the launch of the first brand campaign for the company's key product, the Healthy 365 mobile app in 2023. Crisis management through reporting and social media community management with timely and effective responses to public queries is also one of my key responsibilities.

With the continuous growth in the demand for Korean contents in Asia and beyond, the Brand Partnerships team (Distribution Sales and Marketing functions) aims to maximise the value of the two brands (tvN & tvN Movies) operated under the regional office CJ ENM Hong Kong.Both brands are currently active in over 10 Asian countries and look to expand beyond with tvN being Asia’s no.1 general entertainment brand and tvN Movies, world’s first and only brand dedicated to Korean movies. As part of the Brand Partnerships team, my role involves building and nurturing relationships with existing and new Partners in Pay Television and Over-the-Top platforms in Singapore, Philippines, Vietnam and ANZ markets to optimise revenue potential and generate new business ideas and models for our Brands and contents. In addition to achieving commercial sales goals, my scope takes charge of strategising promotions and partnerships campaigns to maximise brand visibility on-air and off-air across all 10 operating territories.

Deputy cluster head involved in the conceptualisation of market strategies and leading marketing campaigns and initiatives in Philippines, Korea and Australia markets, with the objectives of driving interest, digital and social media engagement, web traffic, sales conversions for both online and offline platforms and visitations from these markets to the integrated resort. Through the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for the aforementioned markets, I have gained and honed a spectrum of marketing skills including market development, media optimisation, project management, targeted content creation for digital and social media, creative execution, and forging of strategic partnerships extending across airlines, lifestyle brands, FMCG, financial institutes and trade associations.Co-leading larger scaled, regional marketing campaigns with commercial partners (e.g. MasterCard) and branded content collaborations with overseas and local media partners (e.g. Universal Music, CJ ENM) to drive visitorship and build RWS' brand equity as a premium lifestyle destination is also one of my key achievements.

Fronted the planning and execution of marketing campaigns in Indonesia, and expanded my scope of work to include the Philippines market. Ventured outside my scope of work to develop and implement marketing assets and activities to support regional trade events and MICE projects (e.g. ITB Asia, TTG Asia travel awards).

Managed the planning and execution of marketing campaigns to promote the integrated resort’s offerings - Universal Studios Singapore, S.E.A. Aquarium, Adventure Cove Waterpark, Dolphin Island, restaurants and hotels in Indonesia, an identified growing key market for the company. Spearheaded MICE campaign to win TTG Asia’s “Asia’s Best Integrated Resort” award for the 5th time in 2015.

Launched new training course for onboarding promoters to effectively communicate product knowledge to consumers. Reviewed and proposed new tiering system for the company’s existing loyalty program to boost brand loyalty.
