Senior Architect
Current Effectively work with the Project design manager during design development to create efficient proposals in line with client requirements. Develop architectural designs through concept, schematic and detail design stages on hospitalityand mixed-use design projects. Prepare project related sketches, correspondences and reports to present to the client. Execute the project through the various design stages ensuring that the design idea is consistent and properly completed. Responsible for technical resolution and coordination with other sub-consultants, suppliers and site team for the project. Review and respond to Clients regarding RFIs, project information and queries in a timely and thorough manner. Review and prepare design and tender documentation, QC for accuracy and compliance with client’s objectives using company standards. Monitor and supervise the CAD team in the preparation of drawing and details. Collaborate and communicate effectively with the team and plan the work to meet project deadlines and submissions and track project progress. Attend Client and sub-consultant project coordination meetings and prepare the minutes. Compile all necessary drawings and documentation to obtain project NOCs from the local authorities and master developers. Key projects B+G+17 Rove Hotel at City Walk, Dubai, U.A.E.
