For years, I have worked with women across different stages of life and discovered a gap in the industry that addresses the diverse needs of women. In 2021, I founded AMFIT, a women-centric health and fitness coaching company dedicated to empowering women through a unique and highly effective curriculum based on a deep understanding of the evolving needs of women. Possessing years of experience in the education sector as a subject expert and passionate educator, my skills of curriculum planning, strategic thinking and organizational leadership drive my approach in AMFIT Academy. My expertise lies in combining my decade of my personal transformation from obesity to a state of optimal health and fitness with scientifically-proven exercise programming and sustainable lifestyle habits.As a certified health and fitness coach, I have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that women face when it comes to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Whether it is managing the demands of motherhood, navigating hormonal changes, or simply finding the time and energy to prioritize self-care, I am dedicated to helping my clients overcome any obstacles and achieve their fitness goals with my supportive, empowering coaching style.
