As a Digital Advertising Technical Quality Analyst I reviewed support cases and ensured Quality Assurance across a team of Digital Advertising Technical Analysts. My role was primarily responsible for ensuring that the team understands how to manage customer interactions accurately and effectively. This is achieved with individual training sessions, one on one quality review meetings and pre-planned group discussions. I also maintained the role of secondary team lead in support of our full-time team lead. In addition to my role as a Quality Analyst, I was expected to perform the role of Digital Advertising Technical Analyst in a limited capacity.

As a Digital Advertising Technical Analyst my role includes managing customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality, specifically for technical integration on our advertisers’ customer facing web pages. I am primarily responsible for providing technical onboarding solutions according to the Service Level Agreements and the quality and quantitative standards set. This is achieved by supporting and, in turn, expanding the self-serve advertising customer base. I provide pre- and post-sales support for all self-service products but the scope of our work primarily revolves around the integration of e-commerce tracking capabilities with the advertiser’s web platform. Support is conducted via email and phone for a wide variety of companies, including small/medium businesses, ad agencies and large well known international companies.

As a Digital Media Support Specialist I manage customer interactions to increase customer satisfaction and improve service quality. My role is mainly responsible for providing specialized product and tool support for our self-serve advertising product and it’s features.This is achieved by supporting a variety of different issues via chat or email, helping client’s troubleshoot bugs or problems and then applying tags internally to categorize these inquires after closing the request. This scope of my work is performed in a service desk environment and I must maintain my knowledge of social media advertising support tools to stay current with industry standards.
