TALON stands for the Teaching and Learning Online Network. The research project began as an initiative to transition the School of Architecture, Planning, and Landscape to online education and centers around themes of design education. We have created an interactive lexicon of resources available for remote teaching and to engage the community in an open and evolving dialogue around emerging technologies and practices.Responsibilities include research into current and new pedagogical approaches to remote education. This involved creating the www.taloncloud.ca website and contributions to the weekly, now bi-weekly, newsletter produced by the TALON research team. The newsletters focused on a variety of themes valuable to educators and students to navigate through post-Covid education. We also conducted 25 video interviews with industry professionals, educators, and students. Duties included the post-production editing and development of content for the TALON website.
