Directed 5 departments consisting of Parts, Field Service, In-House Repair Shop, and Dispatch. Responsible for the P & L in all departments. Managed office personnel consisting of 2 Field Managers, 2 Office admins, and 4 Parts Clerks. The Field Service Technicians consisted of 24 mobile techs. and one in-house shop tech.During my time at Lift Power, I managed the COViD 19 precautions with no loss of work time and no confirmed exposures. The year-over-year budget was exceeded and was the best growth year in the Savannah Branch history. The over the counter parts sales rose to a 61% growth over previous years and service followed suit with substantial growth numbers. Along with the financial growth, we grew our headcount by three field technicians.I assumed the Safety Managers role in July of 2020 and began a training program via ZOOM providing training on all OSHA and industry requirements. The companies safety rating rose in the past year and upon leaving was at an injury-free count of 140 days.I was responsible for a service area from the lower tri-counties in South Carolina south to Brunswick Ga and west to Tifftin, Ga. This consisted of 250 customers to include Dollar Tree, Target (Savannah and Midway), Home Depot, Lowes, Coca-Cola, and Pepsi.During my tenure, the team improved the service time from 2.3 days to complete to 1.2 days completion. We improved the after-hours service response by refining the customer call-in procedure and providing training to customers to ensure we were meeting their repair needs.
