I have been key in developing MCDS, a workflow management software that has helped Metro Carpets make huge operational jumps in efficiency. It is saving us time and money while improving our culture. I also help in developing and running reports for our location as well as at a corporate level across multiple locations in efforts to help analyze and improve forecasting and operations. I am also a member of the purchasing department helping to ensure the customers materials are ordered and make it to our warehouse in time for installation.
