Financial Services.The position has responsibility for:- Sales and Marketing Budget achievement.- Lead and coordinate F&I team established in BMW, MINI and BMW Motorrad dealership network.- Commercial Insurance Program.- Fleet Sales.- CRM Program.

Financial Services.The position has responsibility for:- Negotiation and pricing of financial offer with the subvention of Nissan Mexicana & Renault México.- Commercial Insurance Program.- Sales & Pricing budget achievement.In 2008 as a Sales & Marketing Manager of Renault Financial Services, with the direct responsibility of 47 dealerships across the country, we accomplished a level of participation of 48% of Renault México Sales, becoming benchmark in the automotive financial market in México. Also in 2007 as Sales Manager for Credi Nissan, with the direct responsibility of 58 dealerships in México City, Morelos, Michoacán, Hidalgo and Guerrero we accomplished a 107% of sales objective fulfillment.

Consulting.The position has responsibility for:- Administration of the Balanced Scorecard (strategic performance management tool) to keep track of the execution of activities by the field consultants and to monitor the performance of Chevrolet dealer network.
