Key Accounts Manager
CurrentThe biggest hotel in Ghana in terms of inventory with over 267 rooms and 15 conference venue.Duties:Establish new business and maintain existing business accounts.Prospecting for new Companies.Coordinate corporate sales Meeting.Work closely with Revenue Manager to ensure proposed rate negotiation meet financial needs of the hotel.Sustain rapport with key accounts by making periodic visit; exploring specific needs; anticipating new opportunities.Sell all facet of the Hotel.Liaise with Front office and Reservation team to ensure guests are satisfied.Identify untapped segment and penetration.Continuously build and maintain good relationship with customers.Conduct initial qualification of leads based on brief phone discussion.Follow up on leads who have been contacted in the past.Regular Market Intelligence and strategizing.Developing strategies to enhance access to target organizations.Daily and monthly report on sales.Travel within and beyond Ghana to solicit for business.Responsible for meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota.
