 Presenting technical and scientific information to physicians in order to educate the physician and staff on features, advantages, and benefits of my products versus competing products. Developing a territory plan to achieve an appropriate call frequency, routing plan, and strategies for increasing product market share to exceed goals with targeted prescribers in my territory. Maintaining all documentation effectively for sales activity and responsible for managing inventory of samples and promotional materials. Hosting product speaker programs and working state and national physician conferences.  Working in leadership positions in the company including Interim District Sales Manager, National Field Input Team, Altace Product Manager, Sales Force Automation Trainer, and Sales Mentor for new reps.

 Prospecting potential clients in North Alabama and cold calling in order to qualify target accounts. Scheduling meetings and preparing sales presentations to educate my clients on the services of TEKsystems. Generating detailed technical job requirements with customers. Negotiating terms of contract and billing rates with clients and potential consultants. Performing an annual territory review in order to realize market potential and establish an appropriate sales strategy. Responsible for training and professional development of recruiters on my sales team.
