About Mace Biddinger

Over the last few years, I have fallen in love with technical theatre. It was never something I had in the forefront of my mind as a potential career option until I took my Scenic Tech 1 class during my sophomore year of college. That class has set me down a path I never imagined for myself, but I am incredibly grateful for this opportunity. Working in the "Behind-the-Scenes" of the entertainment industry, both as a scenic carpenter and as a stagehand, has been the most rewarding experience I could have ever asked for. Building sets has given me a wide breadth of technical skills and unique opportunities for personal growth. Working as a stagehand backstage during the sets of some of my favorite musical artists has been a mind-blowing experience that has given me an all-new respect for the work that goes into making a live show happen. The entertainment Industry as a whole has always been of interest to me, and to have been afforded the opportunities I have been given is something that I am incredibly grateful for. At this point, I can only look forward in great anticipation for the next chance that will come my way, as I continue to explore the industry and everything it has to offer me.
