Peter also has extensive experience in public sector efficiency and effectiveness. He is also an acknowledged expert in procurement and has provided advice on projects as diverse as whole of government coordinated procurements and development of agency procurement frameworks. Peter is sought after as a speaker on property management, organisational efficiency and effectiveness, and procurement.Peter consults across Grosvenor's public sector advisory, procurement advisory and property advisory businesses and continues to oversight the delivery of some very high profile consulting assignments. Past projects have extended from organisational strategy and organisational transformation for organisations as diverse as Services Australia and Defence, though to governance frameworks for billion dollar government programs. Peter is a member of Grosvenor’s Executive Leadership Team, was the MD until 2022, and remains Grosvenor's Chairperson. Peter joined Grosvenor in 1997 and moved to Canberra to start what became a very successful Canberra office and Federal Government consulting practice in 2000. Peter then held the Managing Director role for nine years where he led the firm through a period of sustained growth, winning multiple awards and becoming one of the earliest firms to achieve certification as a Great Place to Work.Specialties: Property strategy and management.
