I have developed content for Instagram (@saboreversos) and WhatsApp, positioning the micro-company as a reference for practical cooking. My scope included: writing; creating and editing designs on Canva; posting; tracking metrics; and sales and customer service.I also have developed layouts for banners, labels, and stamps; coordinated the services providers; and took part in the operations, purchasing supplies, and doing delivery of products.

I was part of the admissions department team. My main activities were: prospecting for new clients; presenting the physical space of the school and its policies and processes; and coordinating the admission process of new students, advising on next steps, necessary documents, and scheduling tests and meetings with principals.I also provided general administrative assistance to students and families of different nationalities, coordinated field trip and transport service providers, and monitored payment and students’ documents collection for field trips.
