Being BoomTown's first Advocacy & Influencer Manager has been exciting journey. We have worked to craft an advocacy funnel to identify BoomTown fans and provide them opportunities to advocate on our behalf. A significant part of the program is BoomTown's first reference call program which helps reps increase their Closed Won rate by matchmaking prospects with client advocates. In addition to this program, I manage relationships with BoomTown influencers and act as a primary speaker for BoomTown speaking opportunities (in-person, webinars, recorded videos, etc).

Established BoomTown's private client community as one of the most powerful in Real Estate through community-driven strategy, including a VIP group to drive engagement and content creation to provide consistent value to the group.

I help develop the content for system training sessions and administer the training sessions for clients. My team works with brokers and real estate team leaders to create team specific training focused on best practices with the BoomTown platform. The BoomTown Training Team will begin working with HR in the coming months to develop new hire training/orientation sessions as a part of the onboarding process.

Our Support Team provides technical support to over 7000 users of the BoomTown platform. We also publish the training articles for our knowledge base and produce video tutorials for our users.

I worked in the Reservations Department at the 5-star, 5-diamond Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort. Assisted guests of the hotel and resort in planning their vacation/business trip with the highest level of customer service.

I work directly under the Digital Marketing Director at Blue Ion, a digital design firm. My assignments and responsibilities are helping me learn how to effectively market online. The process begins with keyword research to establish where a client should position themselves for maximum visibility on the web, to creating ad campaigns for clients if requested. From there I begin working on Search Engine Optimization techniques for a client's website. This includes competitive research, link building, creating appropriate meta tags, and some other technical stuff. I also assist the Project Managers with various tasks in the design process.

Worked to establish Firefly as THE brand for Sweet Tea Vodka in Charleston, SC. This included weekly promotions and keeping up with accounts at bars and restaurants.

Started as a food runner, expediting food to guests quickly and properly, and then worked my way up to a server's assistant quickly. As an S.A. I basically got to the things the server's could not get to and helped operations run smoothly.
