My duties include: This position manages the CAD systems for: Fire sprinklers, HVAC, and Plumbing, including fabrication documents and bill of materials for both California and Nevada. Researching new product and developing techniques to improve company profitability and system efficiency. Analyze standards and procedures within the department to improve productivity and organization. Procurement of software. Administration of the engineering computer systems. Design Plumbing systems.

My duties include: Manage all Engineering computer systems and database, including an offsite subcontractor to work on par with our standards. Implement new procedures to streamline processes and productivity. Track and delegate work to all designers to keep up with schedules. Design plumbing systems to increase the department output as needed.

Plumbing System Design (2008-2010)My duties include: Manage bill of materials, design, field revisions and evaluate design efficiency on job site conditions for production. Estimating (2006-2008)My duties include: Jurisdiction code check, plans analysis, material takeoff, alternate material pricing, use Timberline Estimating Software and producing a complete plumbing estimate for the sales department for presentation to builder. Work alongside of production and sales department. Purchasing (2003-2006)My duties include: Create, track and schedule material purchase orders for stock, fabrication and installation daily. Communicate with suppliers, field personnel, options and service department by phone, written, and electronically to schedule material delivery efficiently.
